In the next photograph we show the view to the east of Healy Pass, here is the view to the west. The mountains in this view are closer and more majestic to the observer than those to the east. This panorama is wider than side to side than the previous one and yet is also a crop from the original one we made. On a technical note, the previous panorama was made in a bit of a rush, the camera was not pivoted on its front nodal point and consequently stitching the individual images together was much more difficult and had to be done manually. This panorama was more carefully taken and, as a result, much easier to stitch together. Only the rightmost two images had to be added manually.
