Fog at St. Mark's

St. Mark's lookout is a popular destination for a day hike in the Vancouver area. Ordinarily you go there to see a splendid view of Howe Sound but occasionally the weather doesn't clear. Clouds and fog rolling off the waters of Georgia Strait pass over the north shore mountains, including the area of St. Mark's. The fog playing around the trees makes a substitute for the more distant view.
