When this picture was made, there was a marine fog beginning to enter the Watershed Park. The park is in metro Vancouver's south, close to Boundary Bay. Fog often forms in this area when cold air off the land meets humid air above the water. When the fog is not tall vertically but thick in terms of visibility, it is a good time for photographers to look for pictures.
