This picture is from Parker Ridge in Banff National Park. Mount Athabasca is the tall, snowy peak in the centre left. Hilda Peak is the smaller one on the right. Parker Ridge is a short hike (a couple of hours, more if you have a camera) that starts just south of the boundary with Jasper National Park. The ridge is often very windy and on this particular visit we left the tripod behind. Most of the pictures made that day with the Hasselblad suffered from too much movement blur, this one a fortunate exception.
