Infrared Trees

This photograph was made with a borrowed infrared camera. The camera actual produces a false colour image, but this particular one looked better to us when de-saturated to black and white. The tiny bit of foreground at the bottom of the picture is a bare flower bed before any plants had emerged. The grass appears white as do deciduous tree. Coniferuous trees and the cloudless sky are rendered darker.
