During a recent trip to Germany these vegetables jumped out from the middle of nowhere. Car drivers were frightened away, none could be seen anywhere near them. Sadly they completely surrounded the couple seen here desperately trying to make an escape. Brave citizens were doing what they could, carrying away the wild legumes in small quantities. Apparently these things happen often in Germany and several warning signs with the word "Fußgängerzone" can be seen in the centre of many towns.
