The twin berry is a native bush in our area and so it finally came into focus of our cameras during a recent walk. We just happened to have our infrared camera, planning to use it later in the walk, when we came across the bush. We were amazed to see the difference between the two cameras, as usually we see less detail and structure in the infrared camera's images. We are not certain, but it appears that the skin of the berry is transparent (or at least translucent) in the infrared, allowing us to see some of the interior structure.
